Description of the drug: Among all plants in amla contains the maximum amount of vitamin C (for comparison, thirty times more than in orange). This plant is also known as Amalaki or Indian gooseberry. It is included in such famous Ayurvedic drugs as Chavanprash and Trifal. Has strong rejuvenating, immunostimulating effect. Stimulates hemoglobin, because amloy treatment is effective in anemia. Cleanses the liver and blood. Strengthens bones, hair, nails, teeth, is used to accelerate hair growth, strengthen hair bulbs in early baldness. Has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. Can be used for gastrointestinal diseases. Amla has an inhibitory effect on free radicals, therefore it is effective in the treatment of cataracts, as well as other eye diseases, incl. inflammatory diseases of the eyes, myopia. The drug is especially useful for children due to the high content of vitamin C.
